How It All Began
Our story began with Laura, who turned her love for sweet treats into a beloved community staple. For over 13 years, she poured her heart into making Igloo a welcoming place for everyone, including families, kids, neighbors, and anyone craving something cold and delicious.
When the time came for Laura to move on, another Baldwin Wallace alumna, Melissa, picked up the reins, looking to continue that same spirit of community and celebration that made Igloo so special in the first place.

Our beloved mascots, Walter the polar bear and Iggy the penguin, embody the spirit Igloo was built on. They represent friendship, fun, and the joy of sharing a cool treat.
